With over four decades of experience, Dr. Gerald M. Buchoff leads a successful career in the field of veterinary medicine. He studied zoology at Rutgers University went on to earn a bachelor of veterinary science and animal husbandry (DVM) from GB Pant School of Veterinary Sciences in India. Today, Dr. Gerald M. Buchoff is the owner and director of Longevity Veterinary Center in Whippany, New Jersey, where he provides comprehensive integrative care for a wide range of pets.

Dr. Buchoff's approach combines traditional veterinary practices with holistic treatments, ensuring optimal wellness for his animal patients. Since 2003, he has also directed Holistic Pet Care, where he offers therapies such as chiropractic, acupuncture, homeopathy, and various herbal treatments. His innovative methods include ozone therapy, IV Vitamin C, and BEMER therapy. Further, as the president and owner of Dr. B’s Holistic Pet Products since 2007, Dr. Buchoff continues to advocate for the integration of holistic practices in veterinary care to enhance the health and longevity of pets.

Dr. Gerald Buchoff is president of the American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association. Additionally, he served as the veterinarian for the Liberty Science Center and the Palisades Kennel Club for over a decade, and co-hosted 50 episodes of "The Pet Stop" on News 12 New Jersey.

His extensive training includes acupuncture, chiropractic, cold laser therapy, and numerous holistic disciplines, studying under renowned experts like Sheldon Altman, William Inman, and Richard Pitcairn. Dr. Buchoff's contributions to veterinary medicine are widely recognized, with features in newspapers, magazines, and television.
